At Derby Pyclet Parlour we take the utmost care in baking, packing and preparing our gluten and dairy free pyclets to take home in packets and eat in with us.
All of our gluten and dairy free pyclets are made first thing in the morning when all of our equipment has been cleaned & scrubbed down and before any of our sealed flour boxes have even been opened. |

Please note we only ship Mon - Weds, orders placed after 2pm Weds will be shipped the following Monday to ensure our products are delivered freshly to your door. All gluten free pyclets are made first with 100% gluten free flours and while we ensure all equipment and grills are cleaned prior to a gluten free batch as they are not produced in a separate bakery we cannot guarantee they are trace free. Ingredients: Strong White Gluten Free Flour, Plain White Gluten Free Flour, Unsweetened Soya Milk, Water, Yeast, Salt. |
