I'm the owner of Derby Pyclet Parlour and having moved to the village almost 2 years ago I've finally got the opportunity to bake and work on my doorstep bringing pyclets, oatcakes and our tasty dishes to Bestwood Village.

All of the products are made by me in Bestwood Village and all of the food is freshly prepared from locally sourced, independent traders.
I'm excited to offer the village somewhere to eat and meet socially in the daytime in the very near future and extend our supply, catering and events services here, hopefully creating jobs in the village too.
The experience to come when we open the parlour - Table service, with food and drinks served in our own unique style from royal crown derby china with nostalgic cutlery to name a few of our quirks. Our portions and teapot / cup sizes are generous, so you'll probably need to keep an eye on the time and won't be going home hungry or thirsty! We cater for gluten and dairy free diets, our breakfasts are all day and we are happy to mix and match our dishes to make sure you get exactly what you want to eat. My motto has always been, 'If we've got the ingredients in, we'll cook it for you'
